Concentration and Attention Deficit Disorder
Not only for children, but also for adults, physical activity improves attention and concentration in all areas of life. Recent research supports the theory that exercise has the potential to improve cognitive abilities, including cognitive functioning, memory performance and learning processes. The release of neurotransmitters during exercise promotes the transmission of impulses from one nerve to another – and also improves our mood.
Physical exercise has also been shown to have a positive effect on ADHD, according to numerous studies in children, but also in adults, as recent studies have shown.
Sport Therapy is not only about movement, its also about coordination the different parts of the body, being aware of our body and considering needs and strategies.

For athletes who want to achieve more
Do you love your sport and want to improve your performance? Are you concerned about whether you can perform at a competitive level? Do you do very well in training, but but when it comes to competitions or exams everything goes wrong? Do you want to learn how to manage your stress and anxiety? Have you been injured and don’t want to “drop the ball”?
“If my mind can conceive it, and my heart can believe it – then I can achieve it,” wrote Muhammad Ali in his autobiography. Much of our athletic life happens outside of training. It starts with organizing our schedules, continues with setting realistic goals, and ends with dealing with our victories and defeats.
You will learn specific techniques for mental strengthening, such as visualization, working with belief sentences, applying rituals and others. Through physical exercises and conversation, we will work together on how to overcome your obstacles, always focusing on solutions, not problems. In case of injury, a critical time for athletes, I help you find alternative ways of training and support you psychologically. If you wish, I can also collaborate with other people in your sporting environment. Ask for more information and offers!
