Based on the assumption that each person can develop their own personal solutions, I work with your resources and capabilities. I encourage and support you to find the path that fits you best in times of crisis, transition or any other difficult situation you may find yourself in. A key principle of the systemic approach is the view that we live in social systems, which is particularly helpful when working with families – nuclear and non-nuclear – groups and individuals in romantic relationships. <\/div>A crisis can occur after significant changes in our lives. But sometimes we just don’t feel well for a period of time, for no apparent reason. Understanding and acknowledging our problem is the basis for change. Together we will explore your environment in a way that works for you: Verbally, artistically, physically… our tools are diverse! We will see where changes are needed – on your part, but perhaps also in your environment. Change of perspective is the key word for our collaboration. In transitional situations<\/p>\n<\/div>

<\/div>Our minds are challenged when our routines are affected. It doesn’t matter if the change is voluntary or not. The uncertain, the unknown, can both frighten us and give us the opportunity for new adventures and surprises. Through experiential exercises and meaningful conversations we will explore this new unknown space and pay attention to the paths you want to take. Does this sound exciting? Family Counselling<\/p>\n<\/div>

<\/div>The family is a very particular system. It has internal demands built up over years, perhaps generations, and is strongly influenced by society’s image of the “ideal family”. It is only natural that in such a small ecosystem there are disagreements, which can easily lead to conflict. However, agreements on cohabitation need to be found, especially when family members live in the same house<\/strong>. We will look at what is troubling you – ideally with everyone involved – so that we can find a solution that meets the needs of all family members. Our tools may include family constellations, reflective practice, reframing, and more. The concept of family is flexible and includes anyone you consider to be a part of it. I particularly encourage queer families to come to me!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

For groups<\/p>\n<\/div>

Each group, whether professional, amicable or political, develops at its own pace. Hierarchies, imbalances, and inequalities arise either from the structure of the system or from different needs and forces. Too often, however, especially when there is a lack of transparency, disturbances and conflicts arise. We explore the way your system works, whether you are looking to solve a problem, move in a certain direction, make a difficult decision, or implement something new.<\/strong>
\nI have extensive experience in developing and implementing significant change in school environments, and I believe that for such processes to be effective, all voices must be heard. I look forward to joining you on this journey.

\nI have also been working extensively with the concept of transformative justice for the past few years. If someone in your system has engaged in unacceptable misconduct, but wants to find a way to prevent it from happening again, and you intend to work on it collectively, come to me!
