With more than 15 years of experience in a variety of roles in education and sport, and as a sports therapist specialised in therapeutic boxing and kickboxing, I offer a supportive and science-based environment <\/b>for health and well-being. I have gained extensive knowledge of the needs of both children and adolescents, as well as parents and colleagues.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Experience<\/p>\n<\/div>

My athletic career began with the need for self-protection. After 3 years in the Filipino martial art Arnis, I found my true passion in kickboxing<\/b>, with 15 years of competition experience in Germany, Greece and international. For the last years, I have been offering free training in self-defense and kickboxing for women, transgender, non-binary and agender people. <\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Mobilization<\/p>\n<\/div>

My continuous engagement with the ideas of democratic education and non-discriminatory spaces<\/b> is always reflected in my athletic environment and in my work. Beyond my education in the field of sports therapy, I address people’s needs holistically with a system<\/b>ic<\/b> approach<\/b>, focusing on connecting the body and mind and supporting general well-being.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Responsibility<\/p>\n<\/div>

In recent years, I have found increasing joy in long distance hiking<\/b> – preferably in the mountains – scuba diving<\/b> and mountaineering ski<\/b> and have qualified as a lifeguard and rescue diver, because I don’t just like to consume, but to be able to take responsibility for my fellow human and non-human inhabitants on the planet we live on.<\/b>
\nFinally, I read voraciously in three languages,<\/b> preferably science fiction, fiction, newspapers and non-fiction books of all kinds.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
